What to bring
- • Comfortable shoes and clothes for the weather

- • Cash or card if you'd like to add a last-minute gift
- • Dress warm — it's later in the season and mornings are cold

Everyone goes together
Faster runners line up at the front; walkers and strollers head to the back. If we hit 100 participants we'll use two staggered starts to keep things moving smoothly.
All ages and paces welcome
Run it, jog it or walk it. Kids, seniors, strollers and first-timers are all part of the morning.
Your bib number
Your bib is simply your entry number for check-in and results. Wear it on the front so we can spot you.
The waiver
Everyone taking part must sign the event waiver online before race day. No paper copies at check-in — please complete it ahead of time.
Weather
The race happens rain or shine. If conditions are unsafe we'll email everyone who signed up.
Parking
Park at the Baytex Energy Centre for the start, and by Riverfront Park for the finish. Both locations have free parking.
Why we're running
Every dollar raised goes to Nampa Gospel Fellowship's building expansion, and an anonymous donor is matching every gift up to $500,000. Bring someone with you — it all counts double.
